Danielle Gardner has more than 20 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on estate planning, business and corporate law, and transactional matters. She advises individuals, families, and business owners on matters that require careful planning, sound judgment,
and a clear understanding of their goals.
Her background in estate planning combines legal and tax knowledge. At the University of Kansas School of Law, she completed extensive coursework in estate planning, business law, and taxation and earned a Tax Law Certificate. She brings that background to helping individuals and families create estate plans that provide clarity, flexibility, and confidence
for the future.
She believes an effective estate plan is more than a collection of documents. Clients should understand what their documents do, why they have them, and how the pieces of their plan work together. She takes the time to understand each client’s circumstances and develop an estate plan designed to meet their needs today while providing a framework for the future.
In her business and transactional practice, Danielle advises business owners and companies on a broad range of legal matters. Her background in business and law, combined with her firsthand experience owning a business, gives her an understanding of the legal, financial, and operational considerations that shape business decisions. She works with clients to address immediate legal needs while keeping their broader business goals in view.
Before joining Dean Law, Danielle practiced in Fairbanks, Alaska. She is admitted to practice law in Utah and Alaska.
